Ake Rodmek was born in 1991. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Painting, Sculpture, and Graphic Art at Silpakorn University in 2015. In early 2018, Ake began learning and creating glass art with BGC Glass Studio, the first glass-blowing art studio in Thailand. In 2021, Ake received support from BGC Glass Studio to participate in the "International Superior Glass Art Education 2020" program at the Glass and Ceramic Design Department, Namseoul University, Republic of Korea.

Ake's work often reflects his interpretations of the surrounding environment and society through various glass art techniques. He has received awards and been selected to exhibit his work both in Thailand and internationally. For example, his series "For those who passed away" received a runner-up award from the "Viral Glass 2021" competition organized by Habatat Gallery, USA (2021). His series "The Uncertainty" was selected to be exhibited at the "International Biennale of Glass 2021" in Bulgaria (2021), and his series "Light up the City" was also selected to participate in the "Glass Prize 2022" competition in the UK (2022).
